Free UK delivery is available on orders over £100, with fast turnaround times to help keep your project on schedule. We offer reliable delivery across our standard range of shelving, racking, lockers, and office storage systems, typically within 10–15 working days.
The quoted price is based on delivery using a 45’ articulated vehicle. If site access restrictions require a smaller vehicle, additional charges may apply. Please advise us in advance of any delivery restrictions.
For deliveries within Central London, the above prices are based on delivery using 26’ (18-tonne) vehicles.
Storage First Ltd / Lion Steel Equipment Ltd will use the most economical vehicle size appropriate for the order. Customers must notify us in advance of any delivery restrictions or access limitations.
Specific delivery dates or timed deliveries may incur additional costs. Please contact us for further information.

Delivery and offloading times are based on a maximum allowance of 2 hours. Any additional time required may incur further charges.
All products are delivered using unmarked vehicles.
Please note that all deliveries are kerbside deliveries. Kerbside delivery means the driver will deliver goods to the nearest safe and accessible point at the roadside or kerb outside the delivery address. Drivers are not insured or authorised to enter private premises, homes, buildings, garages, or construction sites and therefore cannot move goods inside the property.
Customers are responsible for arranging any additional assistance required to move goods beyond the kerbside delivery point, including all offloading responsibilities.
Please note that removal and disposal of any packaging or waste materials from site remains the responsibility of the customer.
